No. Stacking ports are not included by default on the C9300L platform. You must purchase the optional StackWise-320 stack kit separately to enable stacking. Once installed, you can stack up to 8 C9300L switches for up to 320 Gbps of stacking bandwidth.
The Network Advantage license on the C9300L-24P-4X-A unlocks advanced Layer 3 routing protocols including BGP, EIGRP, MPLS, and full SD-Access Fabric Edge capability with VXLAN. The Network Essentials model is limited to a subset of routing features such as OSPF Routed Access and basic static routing.
With the default 715W AC power supply, the available PoE budget is 505W, which may not cover all 24 ports at full 30W simultaneously. Adding a second power supply raises the PoE budget to 720W, which is sufficient to deliver 30W to all 24 ports.
