The Arista QSFP-100G-SRBD The Arista QSFP-100G-SRBD is a high-performance 100 Gigabit Ethernet (100GbE) QSFP28 BiDi optical transceiver designed to deliver reliable, high-speed connectivity over existing duplex multimode fiber infrastructure. Unlike traditional 100G SR4 optics that require MPO/MTP cabling, the QSFP-100G-SRBD utilizes a standard LC duplex connector, allowing organizations to upgrade to 100GbE while leveraging existing multimode fiber cabling.



Fully compatible with Arista switches and routers, the QSFP-100G-SRBD supports data rates of 100 Gbps, the module operates over OM3 multimode fiber up to 70 meters and OM4 multimode fiber up to 100 meters, making it an excellent choice for enterprise networks, data centers, cloud environments, and high-density switching applications. The bidirectional (BiDi) optical design transmits and receives 50 Gbps simultaneously on each fiber, providing full 100GbE bandwidth over only two fiber strands.
